Q: Are your products really consecrated? How can I be sure?
A:Yes, absolutely. At Mystic East, we guarantee that all our products (including incense bead bracelets, talismans, door gods, etc.) undergo a strict traditional consecration ritual before shipping. We collaborate with authentic temples to ensure every item carries genuine blessings. Some items come with a certificate or photos of the ceremony for your peace of mind.
Q: What does "Consecration" or "Blessing" actually mean? What makes it special?
Consecration is more than just a ritual; it is a process of infusing energy. It means the item has been imbued with specific positive intentions, such as attracting wealth, ensuring safety, or harmonizing bad luck. Wearing these blessed items brings mental peace and positive affirmation, acting like an invisible guardian by your side.

Q: Which countries do you ship to? What are the shipping rates?
Currently, we only ship to the following four countries: United States, United Kingdom, France, and Spain.
Our shipping rates are as follows:
- Orders over $99: Free Shipping
- Orders under $99: Flat rate of $8
Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A:Total Delivery Time = Order Processing Time + Shipping Time.
- Order Processing Time: 2-5 business days.
- Shipping Time:Express Shipping : Approx. 6-8 business days.
- Standard Shipping: Approx. 7-20 business days.

Q: What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
A:If you realize you have entered an incorrect shipping address or contact information, please contact our customer service within 2 hours of placing your order. Once the order has been processed and shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. Please ensure your address is correct at checkout.
Q: Can I return the product if I'm not satisfied? How are shipping costs handled?
A:Buyers can apply for a return within 7 days of receiving the goods.
- If the return is due to product quality issues, the buyer must provide a complete unboxing video as proof. After verification, we will cover the return shipping cost.
- For returns due to non-quality reasons (e.g., personal preference, size mismatch, etc.), the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
