About Incense Bead

Incense Blending Beads are traditional, natural aromatic accessories. They are handmade from Agarwood, Sandalwood, and herbal spices, with no chemicals added. You can wear them like a bracelet; your body heat will gently release a relaxing scent throughout the day.

Step 1: Selecting Natural Ingredients

The first step in making our incense beads is carefully selecting high-quality natural ingredients. We use Agarwood or Sandalwood as the base, combined with various natural herbal spices. All materials are free from any chemical additives, ensuring the purity and naturalness of our incense beads.

Step 2: Fine Grinding and Sieving

We thoroughly grind the selected raw materials, turning woods and herbs into fine powder. The powder is then passed through a fine mesh sieve to filter out coarse particles. Only powder that is fine enough can ensure the finished beads have a smooth surface and a warm, delicate texture.

Step 3: Kneading the Paste

This is a crucial step. We mix the incense powder with natural plant adhesive and add a specific amount of water. We knead it repeatedly by hand, just like dough, until the paste reaches the perfect consistency—firm enough not to crack, but soft enough to shape.

Step 3: Hand Shaping and Piercing

Artisans take an appropriate amount of incense paste and roll it into a round shape by hand. They then place it into a mold and pierce a hole through the center.

Step 5: Natural Drying

The shaped beads cannot be exposed to the sun or dried in an oven. We place them in a cool, ventilated area to dry naturally. This process requires patience and usually takes a few days, ensuring the internal moisture evaporates slowly to prevent cracking.

Step 6: Fine Polishing

The dried beads may feel slightly rough. We manually sand and polish each bead using fine-grit sandpaper until the surface is smooth, delicate, and reveals a natural luster.

Step 8: Stringing and Final Inspection

After polishing, we inspect each bead to ensure the surface is smooth and flawless. We then string the beads together using elastic cord to create an exquisite bracelet. Finally, we verify the scent and wearing comfort of the finished product.
